Oliver Hathaway
Parts Supervisor
Oliver began his journey in the motor trade almost three years ago, driven by a strong passion for cars. With little initial experience, he started as a driver for a main dealer. His commitment and eagerness to develop were quickly recognised, and within a year he was offered the opportunity to train as a Parts Advisor. Despite having limited knowledge at the time, he embraced the challenge, worked hard, and built a solid foundation in both parts and service.
As the sole Parts Advisor within the branch, Oliver gained extensive experience in a short period of time. This role not only strengthened his expertise in parts ordering for workshop repairs, but also highlighted the importance of building strong customer relationships to ensure clients consistently received the highest levels of service and support.
Working alongside the service advisors allowed him to broaden his skills across multiple departments, providing a well-rounded understanding of aftersales operations. During this time, he also completed a number of professional training courses, earning certification as both an Accredited Service Advisor and a Level 2 Parts Advisor.
Now at Precision Porsche, Oliver is continuing to develop his skills and follow his passion for the Porsche brand, contributing to the highest standards of service and customer care.
