We're getting quite close now with the gorgeous Porsche 964 Retro Resto. We'll let the pictures do the talking.
Many thanks to all you who came to Cars and Coffee on Saturday. It was a fantastic turnout and we met many new faces and cars. Look out for the next one. A video of the day will be coming on here shortly to watch this space.
The Porsche 911 swb interior is now prepped, cleaned and ready for precision installation. It's going to be wonderful when it's done.
We love noisy Porsche 356's but not when it's coming from the gearbox. Here's Senior Technician James removing the offending item ready for a little bit of Precision TLC.
Fresh from the Precision Porsche Beauty Parlour, this rather tasty 993 RS lump.
Nearing completion!
A Porsche 964 engine cleaned and ready for strip. Then into our dedicated engine rebuild room to be treated to some 3.8 cylinders and a few other trick bits and bobs. It should prove very interesting when we marry it up to a 3.2 chassis. Watch this space.
A 356 (bottom left) in for a Gearbox Rebuild, a 991 (far right) in for a Service and MOT and a lovely 911 swb having the finishing touches applied to its full restoration.
Did we like this GT4? Yes we did. Did we want to give it back? No we didn't. The Backdate continues to roll along and we now have some gorgeous red bucket seats upholstered and ready to be fitted into the matching interior. Check the matching leather dash. How cool is that.
The vision of loveliness below started life as an early Porsche 993 Coupe in Slate Grey.
It came to Precision for numerous bits and pieces including new chassis legs and a complete colour change to Porsche Riviera Blue. The interior in Porsche Can-Can Red was re-trimmed previously and it was a fantastic project to get our teeth into and one we thoroughly enjoyed.
We hope you enjoy the end result as much as we do and, of course the proud owner who uses it throughout the year, come rain or shine on a daily basis.
